Had a bad experience with an agent. Thought "I can do better than this".

What is the best advice someone gave you that you can share with other agents?
Go to every open house.

Simple, and same as in life - be you.

Do your research.

Being able to help my daughter, with doing what I do.

That's like picking a favourite child, I'll have to walk away from this question.

Again, favourite child. Maybe after our second coffee.

After a few years of asking me, I decided let's give it a shot. I think they chose me haha.
