You’ll get 24/7 support if you need advice. The phone rings, no matter the time, we want to help. I would much rather you interrupt my sleep for one night than have you scour Facebook real estate groups and get good sounding (but bad) advice that costs you in the long run.
It’s weird how some places are writing stuff down on paper with pens and sending faxes. Throwbacks are fun for Instagram, but they’re terrible for your business. We’re a paperless, tech-forward brokerage, with constantly improving tools and processes. Being forward looking means being comfortable with change and adopting new technologies when the business case merits it.
For the record, we were doing the remote work thing before COVID made it cool (and by “cool” I mean “mandatory”!). Our policy is you don’t have to step into the office if you don’t need to. However, you may find the office useful beyond a workspace. We’ve used it as a client meetings space, events space, studio space, and host space for offer nights, just to name a few. Feel free to use your imagination.

Getting paid at Blue Door is easy. With quick payments, when we get paid, you get paid. There’s almost never a need to wait around to get what you earned. We will never needlessly hold commission cheques or funds in trust accounts.
We put our money where our mouth is. For example, we have a brokerage perks program that includes bonuses, marketing expense accounts, and because our agents feel at home at Blue Door, when they help us grow the family we adjust their fees to save them money.
What does the perks program look like? For example, when an agent hits their commission cap, we re-invest money into the agent through a marketing expense account so the agent can improve themselves or their business through marketing and training.
